Strategic communication
Communication is a fundamental element along the path of existence of an organization that must relate to others. In SA, strategic communication is “designed to be useful in achieving objectives”. From this perspective, SA helps its clients to:
- identify the messages that can or must be communicated
- elaborate them in the most appropriate language, given the “nature” of the recipient
- select the recipients
- develop communication plans to ensure the visibility of the message
- construct stable relations, based on the criteria of reliability and trust, with the operators of the media system
- ‘tune’ the lobbying and strategic communication strategies for their best
